If you’re here reading this blog, I’d guess that you have an interest in personal development and wellbeing. While sometimes it can seem like there’s some big magic secret to finding happiness, the truth is much simpler.
The ‘secret’ to happiness and health is not a big grand gesture, but rather it’s a bunch of little actions aka ‘healthy habits’. When we take part in this healthy habits, day in and day out, we create a lifestyle is healthy and wholesome and that leads us toward happiness and fulfillment.
In an effort to help you (and myself, tbh) design a happier and healthier life, I’ve come up with a list of 75 healthy habits that can help you find overall wellbeing.
While this list is by no means exhaustive, it is pretty good collection of actions you can take to better yourself.
- Drinking plenty of water
- Getting at least 7 hours per night
- Keeping a journal

- Devoting time each day to spirituality
- Getting some form of exercise daily

Squash the idea that you need to be productive all day everyday no matter what. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or burnt out or just in need of some rest, it’s important that you take time away for your mental health. Try having a mental health day. Relax, rest, take care of your mind.

- Taking vitamins
- Ending toxic relationships
- Facing your fears
- Saying ‘no’ sometimes
It’s important that you say ‘no’ sometimes. Otherwise you’ll end up burnt out and depleted. Practice saying no.

- Washing your sheets weekly
- Traveling often
- Focusing on health instead of weight
